Dear Spencer's TV & Appliance,
In March, my husband and I purchased new kitchen appliances for our home as part of a kitchen remodel. We worked with Ryan. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, not pushy, a pleasure to deal with.
After the appliances were delivered, we discovered that we couldn't open the dishwasher all the way because it banged into the handle on the oven's warming drawer. (Our previous oven didn't have a handle on the bottom drawer, so it never occurred to us there would be problem.) Not holding out much hope for a solution, I called Ryan to see if there was anything we could do short of returning the appliances. He immediately went into action. He tried swapping the drawer. He took it apart to see if he could modify it in some way. I believe he called the manufacturer to see if they had a warming drawer without a handle. Ultimately, he found a source that could make a new front for the warming drawer with the handle near the bottom. We gave him the go-ahead, and about a week later, Ryan delivered the drawer to our home and made sure it worked.
The reason for this letter is to say how impressed my husband and I were with Ryan's efforts. Ryan handled the whole process for us. We didn't have to lift a finger. The drawer looked like it came directly from the manufacturer. So often when you have to call a business about a problem, you end up frustrated and angry, but thanks to Ryan's efforts, I'm a lifelong Spencer's customer.
Whatever you're paying Ryan, it's not enough. He deserves a raise!

After spending a lot of time researching vent less washers and dryers, I was concerned about all the negative reviews. It was your confidence and knowledge of the product that helped me to make the decision to buy the LG washer dryer. It works well above our expectations. My daughter loves it and has said the drying times are close to what she had with her vented dryer.
I also appreciate the two delivery men that delivered and installed the LG washer dryer. They were courteous, and very through.
I want to thank you for your assistance on the LG All-In-one washer dryer.

Just a brief note to let you know what a champ Dominick has been to work with, helping me with several different appliance issues and replacements over this last year.
Last situation involved finding the right refrigerator to replace a 14 year old GE, which was in a very tight, counter-depth space, surrounded by cabinetry. The old one finally started freezing up and going for good, on Dominick's day off but he still returned my call (on a Sunday no less) and we discussed the replacement and got it taken care of shortly there after. So nice that he took the time, on his day off, to spend time helping me.
Really appreciated all of his fine help, and of course will use him in the future!

Just wanted to send a quick note to thank Marcus Knight for the great service in selling me a Bosch dishwasher yesterday. Marcus was great to work with and the dishwasher was installed this morning.
We were in your store yesterday and purchased a GE refrigerator. Within 24 hours it has been delivered and set up. IDelivery brought it in. It wouldn't fit in our opening, so they told us we would need to trim the opening at the top. My aunt, who is nearly 94, was flustered because she didn't know anyone to do the work. The gracious young men told her they would do it (for a fee of course). She was thrilled. They did the work, got the fridge set up and we are so happy. Thank you for your promptness and meeting my aunt's expectations

I would like to commend Justin for his excellent recent service. I am a Minnesota snowbird, and Justin made it pleasant and easy for me to purchase a Bosch dishwasher from Spencer's TV & Appliance, and oversee its delivery and installation at our Sun Canyon condo. I had researched Bocsh diswashers for a couple of years, and knew pretty much which one I wanted, but Justin was especially helpful in steering me to a better one at a good price. All of the transaction was done over the Internet, and Justin got back to me instantly whenever I had a question. He is professional, courteous, friendly and a great assset to the Spencer's TV & Appliance operation. I will contact him again when we are able to buy a stove and refrigerator to match the stainless-steel dishwasher.

I am writing to compliment the exceptional service provided to us by Judy Parks. My husband and I both work in the customer service facing industry and were impressed by how knowledgeable and helpful Judy was. Both times we went to the store Judy was by herself and the store was busy yet she did her best to acknowledge everyone that came in and worked well under pressure. I really appreciated Judy's level of service.
My husband has a bad back; when we first went in it was to purchase a new washing machine and Frank checked out the adjustable beds while we were there as well. Judy showed him all of the features of the bed and spent the time he needed to go over all of the details. We could not quite afford the payments at the time but she did such a great job, I ended up taking a 401K loan to get the bed for him. If it were not for Judy's caring and service; we would not have invested another $5,000 after just spending $1,100 on a washer.

I wanted to send you a letter and communicate my continued satisfaction with Spencer's and more specifically working with Lenny at your Mesa Store. My first encounter with Lenny must have been at least 10 years ago. I purchase an average of four appliances from Spencer's per year, but have not been on one of your stores for seven or eight years. The reason is simple: I trust Lenny.
When I have an appliance need for one of my investment homes, I simply call Lenny and communicate the type of appliance, the color, gas/electric, and he takes it all from there. He coordinates delivery with my renters and emails me an invoice for my files. It doesn't get any better than this and I can't think of any of your competitors that would provide this level of service.
We recently did a complete kitchen remodel at my primary home and once again, I never went inside your showroom. I called Lenny and let home know this was for my house, not an investment property. He immediately understood and put together a kitchen package that was delivered the next day… Plus, he recommended a package that had $700 in rebates and sent in all of the rebate paperwork for me.
I'm a huge fan of Spencer's and a huge fan of Lenny. Not only can you count on me for my future business, but you can bet that I'll refer all of my family, friends, co-workers, and business network to Spencer's for all of their appliance needs.

You have two very fine gentlemen in your employ: Eli Lama and Reuben Ramirez.
On Saturday, April 30, my wife and I bought three appliances from Spencer's TV and Appliance. Mr. Michael De La Piedra helped us select a range, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator. They were to be installed the following Monday.
We received an early morning call advising us that the delivery would be made between 11 am and 1 pm. The truck pulled up in front of our home at 11:30 am.
I cannot say enough good things about these two young men. Eli has worked for your company for, I think he said, eight years and Reuben for three.
Eli showed exceptional skill and knowledge in disconnecting the installed appliances and installing and ops checking the new ones. He was extremely professional, polite, and courteous. He was mindful of our home and took great care in cleaning up after the job was completed. He offered helpful hints and instruction and answered my every question to my complete satisfaction.
Reuben was equally competent in the performance of his tasks, and his conduct and comportment were equally commendable.
I am writing this to you with the thought that you may find this information helpful in your future evaluations of these two fine young men.
It would please me very much if you would give them each a copy of this correspondence and, again, my thanks to them for a job extremely well done.

Just a quick note to acknowledge the exceptional service provided by your company and, specifically, your sales associate Justin Morroni at the Gilbert store. He was so very, very helpful and accommodating when issues arose with the washer we purchased for our son. My wife and I live in Bangkok Thailand but own a property in Grayhawk which we presently have under lease.
About a month ago I contacted Vance Zahorski in your store to discuss the purchase of some kitchen appliances for our property.
On the way to getting the transaction done were many phone conversations and a score of emails which not only transited a 14 hour time difference but also Vance's days off.
All was handled professionally and with great patience particularly my many questions with respect to models and specifications.
I wanted to acknowledge a high degree of customer service provided by Vance from initial contact to final installation.
I should also add that this purchase was not significant in terms of dollars but was handled as if it was.
Lastly, our relationship with Spenser's and Vance started in 2009 upon recommendation from a friend in Scottsdale and we have no hesitation to continue.
