We do ask that you give the installers enough personal space while they are in your home if you are having something delivered. Before sending personnel on any installations, we make sure to screen them, and anyone exhibiting any symptoms is not permitted to work. When our delivery workers enter your house to make deliveries or install equipment, they must do so with latex gloves on and cleaning supplies in hand. If your product is damaged during shipping, we will exchange it at no cost to you. Damage must be noted at time of delivery. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it. But, you will be responsible for any and all costs of return to Spencer’s, and any discounts needed to resell the product, which could be as much as 50% of the original cost. Special order merchandise is not eligible for a return.
