We do ask that if you’re having something delivered, please give the installers ample personal space while they are in your home. We are sure to screen employees before we send them on any installations, and anyone showing any symptoms are not allowed to work. Our delivery teams are required to wear latex gloves and bring cleaning products when they enter your home for deliveries or installations. Wow. So impressed from my very first call and reached salesman Blake for a new refrigerator! Incredible customer service. GREAT price! Best I found anywhere. AND One day delivery on our refrigerator!! It saved a lot of food. The delivery is awesome because you can watch for the driver on a map, and they send you updates about where he is and when he will be here. Delivery: The guys were excellent, careful, professional, speedy but calm and diligent, and kind. They really represent the company well. They talked about what a great company Spencer’s is, and let us know many other things they offer that we didn’t know about. I will absolutely be calling them again!

Daniel answered every question asked in a clear and concise manner. He was very knowledgeable about the equipment available on his sales floor. There was no dilly-dallying around after I made my decision. If your product is damaged during shipping, we will exchange it at no cost to you. Damage must be noted at time of delivery. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it. But, you will be responsible for any and all costs of return to Spencer’s, and any discounts needed to resell the product, which could be as much as 50% of the original cost. Special order merchandise is not eligible for a return.
