The 20K dual-ring burner is perfect for boiling or searing and can also handle tasks like melting chocolate or simmering sauces. Continuous heavy-duty cast-iron grates allow for easy sliding of pots or pans off heat when desired. The 5.36 cu.ft. true convection fan oven boasts a blue enamel interior for easy cleaning and a 3-layer glass oven door window for heat retention and a clear view. With a total output of 6,300 Watts, this oven provides ample power for baking, roasting, and broiling.
